You can use only one return mailing address. If you include two addresses, your application will probably be rejected. If you are currently living in a western country such as the United States, there is no problem because you will simply submit a "change of address" form to the post office, and they will forward any mail to your new address. I don't know what the procedure might be in Ukraine, but perhaps Vasyl can help out with an answer. Perhaps the best solution is for you to use the address of a trustworthy relative who will not be moving in the next seven months. Remember, the address you are using on the anketa is only a mailing address -- it doesn't have to be your home address.
