Thank you very much for sharing your experience with me! I just have a quick question: did they actually deny your application the first time or just waited until you submitted the additional documentation?
As for me- I've been accepted to an MBA program at an accredited university (although it is not a private school). Also, I have graduated from an american university with a BS degree. Since I have returned to Ukraine after my visa expired, I did not anticipate to have any problems applying for a student visa again.
But I have been rejected under section 214 (b)as I did not "demonstarte strong ties to Ukraine"- the letter said.
