: Hi I received selection letter for DV-2003. My case number is above 35000. This will become current only in Sept2003. Can INS finish AOS processing for me in one month before the fiscal years ends. Anyone had such experience. How does the INS AOS process works? The moment AOS is applied will the visa number blocked for me.
