Does anybody knows about format for entry? Is it A4 format or another?
In the "INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE 2004 DIVERSITY IMMIGRANT VISA PROGRAM (DV-2004)" I found "...There is no specific format for the entry. Simply use a plain sheet of paper and type...".
Whould you so kind to tell me about right format for the entry?
