HI Mario! You can find a room for $15-$50 for month, but first time better to stay with your freinds, if you have somebody in Dnepr. Now about Geroiv st. it isn't center, but public transportation works good. I don't know about job, but you can try to find something,maybe private school will be intresting in you. Take care.
