: I am working on the N-400 Form. I am divorced. In the Part 8 (F-2) there is a quastion about Prior Spouse's Immigration Status. Should I indicate her status on the moment of the divorce or to indicate her present status?
: Thank you, for your help.
You should read the instructions that come with the form. The instructions can be found by starting out at the INS web site: www.ins.usdoj.gov. The instruction for that item states that you should give the immigration status of your ex-wife during the marriage. Good luck.
