Could anyone help me with the following question: it is possible for two Ukrainian citizens who were married in Ukraine but currently live in the United States to get divorced at the Ukrainian Consulate?
I have tried contacting the Consulate directly but they never pick up the phone even during their presumably "public" hours, they don't answer emails or faxes.
Any information will be greatly appreciated.
