Students have an opportunity to obtain practical training (work experience) in their major field after earning a university degree. This period lasts for a year. But that may depend upon where and when you graduate. It may depend upon the nature of your financial aid and whether or not you received it from the US Government with strings attached to return to your home country.
In general graduates can stay longer after graduation only if they have a job which their new employer will be willing and capable of obtaining a skill visa. This depends upon the quality of the candidate and the area of his discipline.
If you have such employment you can visit Ukraine. I know a student from China who did just that after graduating from college.
