My husband is about to be interviewed by the US Consul in Warsaw. What questions do they ask at the interview? We do not live together at this time, but definitely will as soon as he comes to US. I'm here in US and he's in Ukraine, so we didn't file joint tax returns, don't have joint ownership of any property or have any joint bank accounts to prove that we are married. The only proof we have is Ukrainian Marriage Certificate and photos, ticket stubs and proof that we communicate via phone and e-mails. I am not sure that this will be adequate. Also, will it be benefit my fiance if I am present at the interview, or it doesn't matter? Any info will be very much appreciated.
