Hi!
Does anybody knows, what does the next line from
"INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE 2004 DIVERSITY IMMIGRANT VISA PROGRAM (DV-2004)" means:
"...SIZE of photos: Between 1 Ѕ by 1 Ѕ and 2 by 2 inches (37-50 mm) square..."?
Does that means, that I have to send SQUARE photos, or I have to send ordinal RECTANGULAR pictures (e.g. I must send 45mm by 45mm photos OR I may send 4mm by 5mm photos)?
Would you like to clear up this point? Thanks a lot for advice.
