If you send in another entry, you will be disqualified for sure if they find they find that you had sent in a previous application. They are very strict about that.
I don't think that the reversed name will disqualify you from being included, although there are no garantees.
If you do not win, it also does not necessarily mean that you were disqualified. Remember that only a small percentage of people actually win the lottery.
