Most film processing shops would probably perform that type of service, and ther are plenty of them around the cities. I don't think she needs to have a studio quality photograph.
: My fiancée in Mariupol, Ukraine is having a hard time finding a photo studio that will make some good photos for the K1 visa (Immigration & Naturalization Service Form M-378). Any advice?
