The USMLE takes several years at best. It requires a review of all medicine from the first year. It also requires very good English proficiency.
Internships are now very hard to obtain especially for Eastern Europeans. The whole process takes several years. I know one young doctor for whom the process before internship took five years.
Internships require eighty hours of work per week. They are physically demanding if not exhausting. They last three years or more.
Nothing is impossible. But I have heard the tales of many older people who failed time and again and wasted years for nothing
