I've been buying pins from www.discall.com for over a year now, and I haven't had a problem with CC fraud or fake pins. They have a brand new one Ryblevskaya (I believe),it's inexpensive, but I haven't tried it yet. I've been using Best phone card on their site, and it works well.
: What is the most cost-effective way to communicate with someone in Ukraine? Where can I buy the best phone cards? I see ones advertised on the Web for $0.12-13/minute, cheaper than the $0.20/minute Asimon cards, but I'm leery of fake-PIN scams. Is there a special place selling these cards? What about reliable e-mail-forwarding services? I've tried Flamingo.ru/Russianservice.com, and they don't seem reliable, much less the postal service. Thanks for any helpful tips.
