: From experience I know there are many Ukrainians around the world that long for a good soccer game or an evening of news in Ukrainian, from Ukraine. In the US there is absolutely no way to view Live Ukrainian TV or for that matter any form of original content from Ukraine. The internet is quickly reaching faster and much more stable speeds along with improved internet services in Ukraine. I propose a joint venture allowing internet users around the world to watch live streaming media from Ukraine. This service would include recorded news, allowing any user to watch TV on demand.
: Calculating current internet and set-up costs I believe the service would require at least a 50 household user base with a monthly fee of $10 to $30 per household depending on the nature of our joint ventures in Ukraine. Please contact me ASAP if you would be interested in participating either as a Ukraine based internet/service provider or world based user.
