Hi! To be honest I'd like to say you something reassuring (have I properly used the adjective?) but I can't. The American Embassy ísn't disposed to issue the USA visa to our citizens. The most probable variant is to try to send him for studing in the USA. However it seems to me it woulb be easier to you to come to us!
