My fiance and her daughter (age 8) have K-1/K-2 visas (fiance and dependent.) However, she is concerend that the UKRAINIAN PASSPORT CONTROL will require her to have a letter from her ex-husband that says her daughter can LEAVE Ukraine. Since he is impossible to find and since he has not been involved with this child for seven years I do not understand how we can get a "letter of permission" from him. I would love to hear from other Ukranian mothers who have left Ukraine recently to see if they were asked to show a permission letter to LEAVE Ukraine.
