I am an H1B visa holder. I have Ukrainian
citizenship. According the low each Ukranian
citizen permanently living abroad should register
his(her) presence in a local Ukrainian Consulate.
When I visited Ukraine I had problem with Ukranian
athority they gave me a quite serious warning because I was not registered at Ukranian Consulate in N.Y.
If anyone had the same problems ?
I am afraid that on my next trip in Ukraine they
just do not give me permission to leave Ukraine.
I think it very important question, though there are a lot of G.C. holder who travel forth and back.
