There is NO law in Ukraine requiring us to obtain "exit visas" but it may take awhile to explain it to durnyj prykordonnyk at the airport. Just in case, arrive well in advance and bring a copy of Zakon Ukrajiny pro v'jizd ta vyjizd z Ukrajiny gromadjan Ukrajiny. Good luck.
