My wife is now having the same problem.. she got her Canadian Visa and now they ask her to get this "special permission" from the Ukrainian Department of Migration... before leaving Ukraine. What the f***??? They could not have tell it before???
What can we do?
If somebody have any information it will be more than appreciated.
