It is most likely that you will have to still go to college in the USA for a BA (Bac.'s of Arts) or BS to be accepted in Dental School. The reason is because some of the requirements include 2 years of college English language and comprehension, among other pre-Medical courses.
The good news is that you might be able to get credit towards an American college degree so you do not have to repeat some courses. To get credit the Ukrainian University must give you a certified description of each of your courses translated into English. Each course must have a full explaination of the purpose of the course, and what material was covered in it.
The admissions counsular at the US college will then see if any of the courses are similar to ones required for graduation in their college. Normally a BA or BS in the USA takes 4 years, so this idea may save you a lot of time.
The easiest courses to transfer are required Hard Core Basic Sciences such as Inorganic Chemistry (1 Year), Biology (1 Year), Physics (1 year), Organic Chemistry (1 year).
Also you might want to consider that Dental School in the USA is very expensive ($30,000 per year for 4 years beyond the BA or BS).
Good Luck,
