Dear all, I would appreciate any information. I want my mom to come visit me in August and to stay with me more than one month. This will be her second visit. On American Embassy in Ukraine site it says that they can issue your a 6 months non-immigrant visa, but it appears that while she has to go via customs, INS can give her only 30 days stay permission, unless she can justify that she needs to stay longer.
My guestion is: are anybody's relatives were visiting America recently and did they receive any limitations when they were passing American customs.
