Does anyone knoe for sure whether my fiancee needs an exit visa. She has applied for permanent residence via fiancee visa to Canada. She has her Right of Landing document and she been told it takes 2-3 months to get an exit visa. The passport office said for 300.00US she could get it in 2-3 weeks. Is this a SCAM? Does anyone have accurate information?
