Hi!

My sister won a DV 2003 lottery.
The problem is that by now she
got married for the Russian guy.
In order to get Russian citizenship
she needed first to loose Ukrainian.
So now she is in the between.(She is not Ukrainian already but not Russian yet)
What's bothering me is the fact that
each country has it's own quote.
So if she moves on and get Russian citizenship for the purpose of the DV 2003 she might be disqulified because she won as Ukrainian cizen.
I am thinking that maybe it will be better just to stop and reverse the process of citizenship transfer and
apply as Ukrainian citizen.

Does anybody heard about similar case.

Any help would be appriciated.
