Your fiance is simply wasting her time - she is NOT required to obtain her exit visa. It is all Ukrainian bureaucrats' inventions: the law does NOT require Ukrainians to obtain any kind of exit visa when leaving to permanently reside abroad. So, let your fiance print out ZAKON PRO V'IZD V UKRAINU TA VYJIZD Z UKRAINY GROMADJAN UKRAINY and go straight to the airport.
: My fiancee is immigrating to Canada and she is currently apllying for a exit visa in Odessa. She said this usually takes 2-3 weeks. Is this normal?? I thought maybe a week since she has all the required documents to immigrate.
