The next one will be announced in August, and it will take place probably around the same time as it does every year in the fall.
However, if you are from Ukraine, I seem to recall that it has reached its quota limit, and Ukrainians may be denied access for the next few years. I'm not positive about this, however, and we will have to wait until the August announcement is made to be sure. I would not like to be the one to start an untrue rumor. :)
