Relax, 2-3 months I used purely a s a figure of speech. If she was told 2-3 weeks, then probably this is what it really takes. I was only trying to tell you that you do not really have any control over the situaation there, so just take it easy. (Like this guy said at the orientation on my first Bahamas cruise: "It's not US, don't expect fast service, order your breakfest in the evening and don't even get upset!" Excellent advise!) As far as the list of documents - I simply don't know, I was leaving Ukraine long-long time ago when everything was totally different and on different grounds.
