Hi,
I won the DV-2003, and I have a doubt. I'm finishing my PhD studies, so I can not travel Imediatelly to USA. How much can I delay my first entrance to USA?, and after that (arriving to USA), do I need to stay living there continously?, or I could travel to my native country - to visit my parents or sell my stuff for example -?
