Victoria, if you want to become a Ukrainian citizen you have to present proof that you no longer have any other citizenship. Otherwise, you won't get a Ukrainian passport. This is diferent from the US practice since the United States do not care whether, in addition to your US passport, you have any other once - they simply consider you a US citizen. Ukraine, in turn, needs you to prove that you will be only Ukrainian citizen.
