I have put up a page for the USA/USA Program. This page will in the near future contain scholarships for students from Ukraine and from Ukrainian origin in the English speaking world and not just in the USA.
The scholarships are few and far between but there are some.

We are putting up the site in gradual fashion so you do not see under construction signs.
