It may be hard to believe but the USA/USA Program is run from a home computer. At the same time we have a network of volunteers in Ukraine.
You can look at the site and go through it. If you do not have access to Internet or if you have a specific question that is not answered in the website you can write to: www.ukrainianscholarships.org, you can write to me at usa.usa@attglobal.net.
