Ihor, thank you for your prompt reply... I came up with some other questions though... I thoguht (as some people told me) that once your visa is denied first time - you will be automatically denied next attempts as they don't like parents visiting their own children obviously. So, looks like if your parents were able to come, maybe I can try once again to invite them... Did you laredy get your US Citizenship at the time of writing to the Council in Kyiv? because I didn't get mine yet and thought maybe it means my e-mails won't mean anything... Can you please tell me how you processed Green Cards for your parents. If you want I will send you e-mail address for that purpose. Thank you, I hope I am not taking a lot of your time.
