Hello,

I'd appreciate your help with getting me the answer on my question.

There are two items in the form which i don't know whether to skip or leave them as they are.

3. APPLICANT'S NATIVE COUNTRY IF DIFFERENT FROM COUNTRY OF BIRTH ---> should i leave this item and put "Ukraine" ('cause it's not different), or, should i just skip this item.

ALSO!

4. NAME, DATE AND PLACE OF BIRTH OF THE APPLICANT'S SPUSE AND CHILDREN (IF ANY) - i have no spouse and no children, should i leave the item and write "no children" or just skip it (so i don't have these items in my form at all) ???

I guess, i have to skip these items and not have them in my form, am i right???

I hope i expressed clearly what i wanted to ask.
