We all know someone who has sent
a letter, perhaps a small parcel to Ukraine..only to find through telephone conversations, that it never
arrives, what happens is the ukrainian Postal employees know that letters contain money$, they steal for themselves, trust me we all
know the truth, do not trust the Ukrainian Postal Service, it is corrupt and run by the Mafia.. Warning ! think about it and investagate, they steal!
