: The address on the enevelope and on the application must match. You may want to use this kind of address:
: Your Name
: c/o Your Friend's Name
: Your Friend's address
: City, ST Zip
: USA
: The "c/o" means "in care of". This is the way for the post office carrier to know that even though your name is not on the mailbox of the address, it should be delivered to that address anyway.
: Actually, even though my cousin's (who lives in Ukraine) name is not on my mailbox, I often receive his mail because the street address and apartment number are mine. The postman assumes that this person can receive mail at that address. It is up to me to reject it if the person's name is not familiar to me.
