To send entry from Ukraine and get answer in the USA

I decided to send my entry from Ukraine,but to get the answer in the USA,of course if I win.But I want to find out what name should be shown on the envelope? Back address belongs to my friend who live in the USA and I want him to get the answer about my selecting in DV 2002.So if I will show
his name as owner of that address whether my entry would be disqualified
because names in the entry and on the envelope are different?
Also if I will show my name on the envelope, will the answer gets to my
friend`s address in the USA,because I
don`t actually live there?
Please answer me for my difficult question. Thank you very much.
