Dear Pani Tatiano!
First of all, I would like to thank you for everything you have been doing for all of us!!!
I have one more question to you.
Myself and my wife are US permanent residents (I-551 DV Program winners) and Ukrainian citizens at the same time.
We are expecting a baby. We also plan on to visit Ukraine in the end of August, however, do not know all the ramifications of immigrations law regarding baby's travel.
1.What documents are required for baby to leave US (he is going to be born in USA)?
2.What documents (visa, travel document)are required for baby to enter Ukraine?
3.What documents are required for baby to enter USA on the way back from Ukraine? He will be around 6 mos. old on the way back.
