I was married Feb. 2000 in Kiev. It wasn't hard if you have a good future wife and follow all the rules and regulations. You will need @2 weeks we did it in around 7 days a bit of a surprise to her when I proposed. We went to ZAGS your fiance will know what that is. If your in Kiev it will be alot easier if not I do not know. Because your American they can speed up the process. Have plenty of extra money for all the stuff about 1,000 will cover all services, dress, car, etc. Any other questions email. Bob
