My fiancee is a Ukrainian citizen and we would like to get married in Ukraine so we can involve her side of the family, most specifically her mother.
Can US citizens do Direct Consular Filing in Warsaw?
Is it really difficult to get married in Ukraine? I have heard that it can be very difficult and take a long time. Do you have any advise?
