most likely, the agency is running a scam. It's too good to be true. first of all why one has to buy the ticket through the agency???? secondly, people pay up to $10,000 (excluding the ticket price) to get to the USA amd the agency offers to take care of visa for only $550. Well, it just makes wonder.....
