I read your qualified answers to a forum ,Tatiana. There can be you or somebody can answer my questions? I have a not ordinary situation. I have arrived to America together with the son under visa К-1 in August 2001. the marriage was made and documents in local office INS with prints of fingers are sent personally.Adjustment of Status(after marriage). But the person appeared with unbalanced mentality and I could not live with him, I have got in very difficult situation, believe my. Whether January, 17 we have issued divorce. I do not know I have the conditional resident status, but interview we did not pass still, at local office INS. Whether there can be I in marriage for another the man and issue the visa K-3? I should come back to Ukraine and issue a marriage in territory of Ukraine? Or I can issue a marriage in territory of America and submit documents on the visa K-3 to regional office INS in territory of America? If you can help me the information, I shall be very grateful to you.
