Dear Tatiana, I sincerely believe that you're a good US Immigration lawyer so, why not stick with something you're good in? Nobody would care if Australia permits duals or not - the question is whether UKRAINE does so. And, let me inform you - since I dare to hope that I know the Ukrainian side of the issue slightly better than you do - Ukraine does NOT. Other thing, of course, is poor law enforcement in Ukraine but we're talking "civilized" approach here, aren't we?.
