Hope this could be possible but hard to do. The matter is Ukrain has no law about ukrainians abroad and take no care on it. On the other hand hand Russia has such a law according to which any russian abroad could theoretically gain russian citizenship. If You really interested I could get out what may be done to get passport or citizenship.
