Hi Rostyslav,
You have several options:
(1) You can inquire with your credit card provider as to available promotions and extra services for the card holders. Some banks have excellent options which will provide you with up to 1 year travel insurence with no extra cost to you, generally provided that you paid a part of your ticket cost or hotel accomodation with your credit card;
(2) Or you can call or visit a local office of one of the insurance companies in Ukraine like OSTRA, AIG, etc. I strongly recommend AIG Ukraine that has good service both in Ukraine and from the US. You can contact their local office in Kiev at (380-44) 490-65-50.
(3) Or you can refer to your travel agent for help.
