All K visa are done in Warsaw

All the K and Immigrant visas are done in Warsaw.
Kiev only does the Non-Immigrant visa.
Kiev can do a Bussiness, toursist, worker, and student.

Basically if you are not one of those 4 you go to Warsaw.
Of course there may be certin exceptions, but I am pretty positive.
