Hello everyone!

I have one quick question. My wife and I were married in the states when she came over on a K-1 visa. Unfortunately, she had to return to Ukraine prior to filing for adjustment of status. Can anyone out there tell me where our K-3 interview should be held? Warsaw? Kyiv?

The rules state that if married in the states, the interview should be held at the American Embassy in the country of the spouse's current residence. However, I believe I read somewhere that the American Embassy in Kyiv does not process 'K' visas. Any help?
