An organization that I know of that helps orphanages in Ukraine, by not only delivering humanitarian aid/supplies: (clothing, shoes, medicine, medical supplies, hygiene items, cleaning supplies, food, toys, school supplies, etc.) on a yearly basis, also provides surgeries, prosthetics and scholarships for orphans as well. The organization is called UCARE. Inc. (Ukrainian Children's Aid & Relief Effort, Inc.) formerly Help Us Help The Children, Inc. in the United States, with a Ukrainian name of Pryjateli Ditej.

They currently have two chapters, one in Detroit the other in Chicago and looking to expand to New York, Philadelphia & possibly some where in Florida.
