I got it confused with the Children's Aid Society which I thought might have extended its program to Ukraine or internationally.
The Orphan Aid Society deals exclusively with Ukraine and is based in Long Island. It is a much newer organization.

: There you can search for every not for profit organization (even Ukrainian emigre one) from the Shevchenko Scientific Society to the Ukrainian Studies Fund to every Plast kurin with its own separate EIN number.
: This site already has the IRS statements of many organizations and eventually you will be able to find all of them as required by law. There you can find their assets, their income, their donations, and who signs for them. In addition they list their mission and their officers.
