Interesting twist on this board - most people are trying to emigrate from Ukraine because of unemployment and lack of opportunities.
Your best bet as an American is to check the overseas job listings in the Economist and the Wall Street Journal. Some private firms are hiring, but most of these jobs are still USAID and other government projects.
If you're willing to work just for room and board to get your foot in the door, and you're willing to carve 2 years out of your young career, the Peace Corps is always looking for good people.
