You are supposed to send in a change of address to the INS office at which you applied for a change of status. For that purpose, you can use a change of address card that can be ontained at the INS office (or probably on the web, but I have not checked), or you can simply write them a letter that contains the following information:
1) Your name
2) The name of whoever was applying with you (you sais "we" had applied for AOS)
3) The A#s of each applicant
4) The old address
5) The new address
By the way, if a relative who lives with you filed an affidavit of support (I-864), that person must submit a separate change of address.
If you have moved into the jurisdiction of another INS office, you should also notify that office. You may ask to have your file transferred. Some INS office process AOS applications more quickly than others, so this might be to your benefit.
Good luck. If you have specific questions, you may write me at my e-mail address, or call me at my office (609)393-4900, x 24.
